Holidays
The case changes with the calendar.
Decorated cookies, seasonal desserts and the heavier bakes come round once a year, and they do not last long once they are out. If a holiday order matters to you, call ahead — that is the whole trick.
The bakehouse asks that takeout be arranged in advance, which applies double during December and around Easter.
