Each one is stocked from the kitchen behind it. Nothing on this page is a fixed price list, because the board is written fresh — call and we will tell you exactly what is out.

Ask us before you order.
Everything is made in one kitchen with wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts present. If you need to know what is in something, or whether it can be made without it, call and speak to the counter rather than guessing from a label.
Before you come
Two things worth knowing.
Hours. We open Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and
Sunday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, closed Monday. The bakehouse's own menus pages also
print a longer Monday–Saturday span; where the two disagree we have followed
the site-wide hours. A call settles it in ten seconds.
Ordering. There is no online checkout here. Takeout, whole
pies, custom cakes and catering are all arranged by phone on
520-531-0977.
