Doors open Tuesday to Saturday at 7:00 AM and Sunday at 8:00 AM. Pastries, muffins and the first bread of the day are ready when you walk in.

What the counter looks like at seven.
The pastry case is at its fullest first thing. Muffins, pastries and sweet breads come out of the kitchen through the morning, and the bread racks fill up behind the counter as the first loaves finish.
If you are coming in for something particular — a birthday cake for later, a box of pastries for the office — say so when you arrive. It is easier to set a box aside in the morning than to come back for it in the afternoon.

The bakehouse's own breakfast page prints a longer span than the site-wide hours do. We have used the site-wide hours and flagged the difference rather than pick a winner.

The bakehouse's breakfast page lists “Mon–Sat 7:00 am to 6:00 pm”. The footer, home, about and contact pages list Monday closed, Tuesday–Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Please call 520-531-0977 to confirm before a long drive.
